Ideal strategy

    IPC income curves: Axis needs round 5-6 income lead; Allies win round 8+ when US production overwhelms. Germany must pressure Russia by round 3.

    Transport shucking: UK/US shuck 4 infantry per transport per turn to Europe—infantry density beats naval investment.

    National objective timing: Japan captures Dutch East Indies round 2 for +10 IPC; Germany holds France round 1 for +5.
